It "Pays" to go the extra mile, literally!!!



We had a gentleman call because he had a problem with his garage doors not working. It was mid December; we were booked solid and couldn't get to him that day. Rather than tell the customer we would have to schedule an appointment another day our Tech, Derrick Pulley, helped him over the phone. The customer was so thankful he took time out of his busy day to stop by our office to thank him personally and leave him twenty dollars. So, it truly does pay to go the extra mile. Whether you receive anything or not you will still feel fulfilled in helping someone in need.
